SHIPPING

Shipping is processed within 3 business days of confirmation of payment. We ship worldwide from Bangkok by Thailand Post within 72 hours of receipt of confirmation of payment. The Thai post office has proven reliable and allows us to offer reasonable shipping costs, as a small business shipping globally without economies of scale. Delivery times vary, ranging from a week to several weeks. We provide a tracking number, with the caveat that some countries' postal services do not update tracking information after the package leaves Thailand, and other countries update tracking sporadically. The buyer assumes responsibility for items in transit. We do not provide refunds or replacements for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit or during delivery, or delivered to the wrong address. 

DESTINATIONS NOT LISTED

If you do not see your country listed, email us for rates before purchasing, and we will calculate the best rate. Thailand Post's rates to different destinations vary greatly, with various categories of rates covering groups of countries. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Your country may assess customs duty or sales tax, which varies according to your location and is not included in the purchase price. We ship your order from Thailand on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the price displayed at checkout does not include duties or taxes imposed by your local customs.
