If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return it postmarked within 3 days of receipt of clothing or accessories, and within 30 days of receipt of housewares. 

If you decide to return a purchase, notify us immediately, include your name and order number, and we will revert to you with instructions for shipping. 

Within 3 days of receipt of the item of clothing or accessory and verification of its condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, after deduction of the shipping and handling fees. 

Condition of Items

Returned items must arrive in their original condition-undamaged, unworn, unused, uncleaned, unaltered, unchanged-so it is important to pack and ship with that in mind. The customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in transit. 

Non-Refundable Fees

All shipping and handling fees and taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We do not assume responsibility for customs duty assessed by countries to which we ship; to understand the applicable rules, please inquire directly with your country’s customs service whether and under what conditions they issue refunds.
